Main St. Success will present the First Annual Gatsby Award Ceremony in Smithtown next month, which is an awards gala that will honor exceptional real estate professionals against the backdrop of a Great Gatsby-themed party.
A real estate education center, Main St. Success is that offers state-approved real estate courses and continuing education courses. The teachers are industry leaders that are still active in the real estate field and can provide students with hands-on training with first-hand experience.
The gala, which is in its inaugural year, will honor those real estate professionals who have excelled in their field this year. The theme will revolve around the glitz and glamor of the 1920s, inspired by the classic American tale of The Great Gatsby. The dress code is black tie. There will be a cocktail hour with an open bar, reception, and dessert. Live entertainment includes music and dancing. The awards categories are Social Media Influencer, Lender of the Year, Title of the Year, Real Estate Lawyer of the Year, and Affiliate Award.

The awards gala is scheduled for January 24 from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. It will take place at Watermill Caterers, located at 711 Smithtown Bypass. General admission is $161.90.
