This December, Main St. Success will present the Unmasking Mold: Mastering the Hidden Deals in Real Estate event to help realtors in Smith-town gain a competitive edge.
Main St. Success is a real estate school based in Smithtown that offers real estate training, continuing education classes, and networking opportunities for those in the industry. The school is staffed by expert teachers still actively involved in real estate so that students receive the most up-to-date training and resources. The organization also frequently holds informative workshops and seminars to the wider community of real estate professionals, such as the one happening in December.
The Unmasking Mold seminar is designed for those agents just starting out, as well as seasoned realtors looking to hone their existing skills and learn new tips and tricks. Industry experts will be present to teach attendees how to spot hidden gems in real estate, discover lucrative opportunities, and negotiate tough deals with finesse. There will also be a casual networking session where attendees can mix and mingle with peers and mentors and exchange ideas, resources, and Business Cards. A hot lunch and drinks will be included.
