Main St. Success will host the Winning at Closing: Strategies and Tips for Homebuying Success Class next month to help real estate professional manage the homebuying process for their clients.
Main St. Success is a real estate school based in Smithtown that offers continuing education (CE) classes, career advancement programs, OSHA workshops, and other real estate-related training, such as the homebuying class happening in April.
The two-hour CE class will be taught by representatives of the event sponsors. John Lee of Liberty Land Abstract will share his expertise in how to effectively communicate with clients. Jonathan Roman of The Law Office of Jonathan Roman will discuss the legal considerations of the closing process. Eugene Leung from TD Bank will provide expert guidance in mortgage loans, and Preeja George from Preeja Sunny George Agency Insurance will delve into topics concerning title insurance. Realtors will walk away knowing more about each step of the closing process and with more skills to help their clients successfully close on their homes.
CE classes provide a unique opportunity for professionals to learn new skills as well as network with industry peers. As such, attendees of such classes may decide to bring along a supply of Business Cards to exchange.
