Famous Food Festival returns this fall to Deer Park with many different cuisines. This event is designed to be family-friendly, and will last one weekend.
Food is the main attraction of this festival. There will be over 60 vendors in attendance, carrying food from across the world, including Mexican, Caribbean, Chinese, and Korean. A beer and wine garden will be available for attendees 21 and older. It is likely that many of these vendors will be carrying Business Cards or other information.
There will be various activities available during the event as well, including a 250-foot zip line and games of corn hole. Video game demonstrations and virtual reality games will also be available. Live music will be played during the event, with different bands playing each day. This event will also host a cookoff between the local police and firemen.
Tickets are currently available for this event at $5 per day, or $9 for both days. Tickets will be available day-of for $8. Children age 10 and under are free. The festival will be held at Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, which is about 10 miles from Smithtown. A portion of the outlets parking area will likely be unavailable because of the festival, but there should still be plenty of parking in the other areas. This event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13.
