Smithtown Chamber of Commerce Membership Meeting March 22nd

The Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce is having its next monthly meeting on the 22nd of March at noon.

Taking place over lunch at Uncle BACALA’s Italian Food and More, members of the business community are invited to come together and participate in the March Membership Meeting on the 22nd. Going a little bit beyond the typical business card printing exchange luncheon, the topic of this meeting is one that matters to entrepreneurs on a personal and professional level: “How to Win Friends & Influence People in the Digital Age”.

Presented by Robert Wu, Performance Consultant and Regional Director of Dale Carnegie Training, this talk is sure to include a whole lot of advice that attendees can apply in a variety of situations.

With respect to the venue, Uncle BACALA’s Italian Food and More is a Smithtown restaurant that features simple but elegant décor as well as a nicely varied menu. With a menu that features everything from appetizers to lunch and dinner, Uncle BACALA’s also does catering for special events. Those who haven’t been to this venue before have nothing to worry about with respect to the food.

Since the fee for attending is going to be a mere $20.00, the cost is another factor that can easily be accommodated. What is somewhat concerning to business owners and other professionals who are planning to be at this meeting is the fact that “seating is limited” (sic.) as the chamber explains it. To get a spot at this membership meeting, Smithtown entrepreneurs will have to register as soon as possible.
