Smithtown celebrates spring with fair

This year, the Sweetbriar Nature Center will be holding a spring celebration – Spring Fair and Egg Hunt. The celebration is family-oriented.

The nature center will be hosting the spring event as a fun and educational experience. There will be multiple egg hunts held throughout the day for children to enjoy, as well as a special hunt for toddlers with the help of their parents. There will be games, crafts, and other activities.

There will also be a number of live animals at the event. Live animal presentations will be held throughout the event. Some animals will be available for photo opportunities. There will be food, drinks, and plants available for purchase at the event.

Sweetbriar Nature Center is located in Smithtown, and has parking available. The center covers 54 acres of varied habitats, and is located on the Nissequogue River. There are a variety of areas for visitors to explore, including the reptile room, play area, gardens, and art center. The nature center is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing wildlife services to the Long Island area, including education and rehabilitation.
