Harbor Country Day School has announced an expansion of its preschool program for two-year-olds, which will take a thematic approach to interactive group activities.
As an independent co-ed elementary school, their new program features subjects involving the sciences, arts, crafts, and playtime, in a nurturing environment. It draws attention to the importance of kindness and empathy as developing children learn to experience the world around them. Each child will be supervised by four adults throughout the day.
Office administrators can use Stationery printers to Print pamphlets for parents looking to enroll their preschoolers. For preschool children, joining this program might be part of their first time going to school. The head of early childhood division has reported that the school has a goal to teach children in a classroom that is conducive to safe, creative learning. This way, they can develop an innate curiosity and love for discovery, getting a head start on their social skills.
Harbor Country Day School’s department head believes that the school cares about the well-being of every child and promises to “give them all of the tools they need to succeed.” This program lasts from the moment a child arrives on their first day, to their graduation walk at Harbor where they will receive their diploma.
Harbor is excited to work with toddlers and their families, beginning on January 9, 2020 and taking place every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
