Smithtown chamber members can get involved in their community at two local networking events taking place this week.
First, the chamber of commerce will be hosting ‘A Perfect Partnership', a free after-hours meeting. During this event, individuals can discuss issues surrounding the school and business community program. To help the local food pantry, attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item with them.
The chamber will also be hosting a cocktail reception featuring drinks, sushi, and hors d’oeuvres at H20 Seafood and Sushi.
Both events are complimentary, but interested individuals should register in advance. They can do this online or by calling the chamber office at 631-979-8069. The organization has likely asked a poster printing service to make some attractive Signs to promote these special occasions.
The Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce is a group of professionals interested in improving the community. As a member, individuals are granted access to networking meetings and local events. Discounts on advertising, priority business referrals, and the option to join committees are some of the other perks.
The Perfect Partnership will be happening on November 13 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Suffolk County National Bank on 222 Middle Country Road.
