My Style Camp in Port Washington will host the Mommy & Me Valentine’s Day Workshop next month, inviting mothers and their children to participate in a shared creative experience.
My Style Camp is an art studio in Port Washington that specializes in teaching fashion design-based skills, such as sewing, sketching, painting, embroidery, and patterning, to children that show an interest in such activities. The classes aim to not only teach children valuable skill sets, but also teach them self-confidence in participating in difficult skills. Each class or workshop is tailored to a particular art style, theme, and age group, and they often include the participation of parents, such as the Mommy & Me Valentine’s Day Workshop.
The February workshop will guide children and their moms through a step-by-step process of how to create their own Valentine’s Day-themed canvas. Special guest artist Jackie will lead them through the painting process and how to add their own fashionable embellishments and trim to the canvas.
Instructors presenting arts and crafts workshops may rely on printed teaching materials to guide their students through the class. These materials, such as Brochures and pamphlets, can be printed using local brochure printing services.
