This October, Sunrise Senior Living in Port Washington will hold the Singing On & Off Key for Alzheimer’s event to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
Sunrise Senior Living is the country’s sixth-largest senior living provider, offering services such as memory care, respite care, assisted living, and independent living. The organization has multiple locations across the country, with 18 Sunrise communities in New York. The event in October will bring together industry leaders in geriatrics and healthcare from across the tristate area.
The sing-off will feature fun, tongue-in-cheek karaoke as guests take to the stage to sing their favorite tunes. Everyone is invited to participate, no matter if they can sing on key or not. The event will also offer enriching networking opportunities for healthcare professionals. There will also be food and drinks to appease hungry guests. Proceeds raised will be donated to The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, which provides care and services to people living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related illnesses.
