Port Washington holiday show to make spirits bright

This December, the Berest Dance Center and the Jeanne Rimsky Theatre will present the Making Spirits Bright Annual Holiday Show in Port Washington.

The Berest Dance Center is a local dance studio that offers dance training for both hobbyists and those embarking on professional training.
The classes offered include Intro to Dance, Broadway to Ballet, Kinder-Ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and more. Dance curriculums for children ages 2 to 18 are taught seven days a week.

The Making Spirits Bright Annual Holiday Show is comprised of over 50 dancers aged 5 to 17. The theme of the dance is love, joy, and unity, with a touch of Peter Pan magic as the children dance against the backdrop of Santa’s workshop.

Dance styles featured include character dancing, music hall, hip-hop, tap, and ballet. During admission, the children in the audience will be invited to learn the Dance of the Mice and Soldiers from the Nutcracker, which will be led by Olga Berest herself.

Theatrical performances such as this are often advertised on Flyers, which can be locally printed using nearby Print shops specializing in flyer printing services.

The Port Washington holiday show is scheduled for December 9, beginning at 3:00pm. It will be held at the Jeanne Rimsky Theatre, which is located at 232 Main Street. Tickets are $35 per person.
