Port Washington celebration to offer indoor trick-or-treating fun

Stew Leonard’s of East Meadow has decided to get in on the excitement of the spooky season this year, and it will be welcoming little trick-or-treaters for a special evening planned just for them.

Near the end of October, Port Washington kids, along with their parents and caregivers, are invited to head to the store to enjoy some indoor shelling out. As the little ones are encouraged to come in costume, there will be lots of opportunities for some fun photos, and the spooky event is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm.

The store will have five stations set up for the occasion, and at each, the little ghosts and goblins will be able get some tricks and treats. To help make the community celebration even more spine-tingling, each of the families will receive a map to help them locate all the stops they can visit. Stationery printers can offer graphic design and other services for this sort of function, and can provide everything from decor to maps of the different treat stations for the kids.

This chance for local children to enjoy some safe trick-or-treating in an indoor environment will be offered on Wednesday, October 23. It will be open for the registered families from 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm. The event listing has more info.
