This year’s returning favorites include Brady Rhymer, the Bari Koral Family Rock Band, and the Bach Rock Kid Band. New this year, will be a group featured in the ‘Big Music Show’ on Nick Jr., the Dirty Sock Funtime band. Also, Port Washington families will be able to enjoy new children’s arts and crafts as well as kids yoga and carnival games.
Word of mouth provides an excellent promotion, but making sure everyone is aware of and does not forget the date is another matter. However, a banner printing service can successful inform the public and keep it uppermost in their minds.
The popular, yearly, family-centric event is held outdoors at North Hempstead Beach Park and is free to the public. This year’s KidStock takes place noon to 5:00 pm this Sunday, August 16, at North Hempstead Beach Park. Attendees are reminded to bring their own beach chairs and/or picnic blankets and that although KidStock is free, a parking fee of $10 will apply.
