Port Washington residents have been cordially invited to come to an event that will give them a chance to tour the wine making regions of France without ever having to leave the area.
Offerings form Champagne and Burgundy will be featured as part of Red Salt Room’s RestauranTOUR and TASTING, which it is hosting in co-operation with Kobrand Wine & Spirits. Along with these, there will be a dinner served, which will include selected wine pairings.
Guests will start the evening with a small bites and a craft cocktail before they get a behind-the-scenes look at the Red Salt Room’s chef’s kitchen pantry. From there, they will proceed to the establishment’s private dining room, where they will join the other foodies to savor a four-course dinner. The will also be able to enjoy the selected wines and find out what makes them a good choice to pair with the dishes served.
As only a limited number of spaces are available during this event, reservations are required. Stationery printers can be called upon to provide information sheets about each of the wines served so that the guests can find out even more about them.
Tickets for this tasting experience, which will be held on November 8, are on offer for $120 each. The Red Salt Room can be found at 45 7th Street in Garden City.
