A location of Dave’s Hot Chicken is now what was once a Boston Market on Jefferson Road in Henrietta.
Such locations of new eateries in town can use banner printing to help promote themselves to the public.
This store in Henrietta is the first in the Rochester area and the 13th in the state. Its owners are Drew and Brad Degrazia, who are brothers, along with Joe Kondas.
The focus of the menu is large hot chicken tenders and sliders, hand-breaded and deep fried, and served with a choice of the intensity of the spices, from “no spice to Reaper.” The sliders are served on a potato bun with pickles and kale slaw.
Among the side dishes offered are cheese fries, seasoned fries, kale slaw, macaroni and cheese and a variation of coleslaw. Although some locations of Dave’s Hot Chicken offer Dave’s Not Chicken which are tenders and sliders made from cauliflower, this item is not yet available at the Henrietta location. Shakes are top loaded in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry and topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, M&M candies, or Oreo cookies. Also offered are Slushers, a slushy type of beverage.
Food can be ordered online for pickup. The location is planning to add a drive-thru window.
Dave’s Hot Chicken is open Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
