The Fantasy Forest Amusement Park is starting to get ready to close down for the summer. Next month, there will be a couple of events for kids over Labor Day weekend that will let them have some fun before school starts.
Omar’s Summer Send-off Party will take place around the Carousel, and will be hosted by Omar Olusion. There will be a live DJ, dance contests, games, and magic shows. All of the regular rides and concessions will be open. The event itself is free but there is a charge for rides such as the Carousel and the Fantasy Frog Hopper. Tickets are $1 each, $10 for 11, and $38 for 50.
The next day will be the last two appearances of the summer for Presto Pete and the Incredulous Chris. The magic show will take place from 2:00 to 2:45 PM, and again from 4:00 to 4:45 PM.
Both of these events will doubtless be popular with kids and parents in Forest Hills looking for a way to spend the Labor Day weekend. Flyers will likely be distributed in the community to encourage people to attend.
