This fall, Forest Hills and the surrounding communities will be getting a taste of country life when it rolls out the welcome mat for its annual Agricultural Fair.
Queens County Farm Museum celebrates the area's farming past, and each year, it organizes an autumn activity that offers a taste of an old time fall festival. There will be lots of hands-on fun, and there will be some friendly competition in the mix.
The festivities will include jousting of baked goods, vegetables, arts and crafts and more, and blue ribbons will be presented to the top entries. Live entertainers will be performing on the main stage, and everyone can go for a spin on the midway style rides. Food vendors will be on hand, and the crafters’ market will provide a chance to get in some pre-holiday season gift shopping. Free parking will be available, and there are several different ticket types to choose from.
An event that includes a competition may call for bespoke awards to present to the winners. A printer that provides options for graphic design will be able to supply custom options, including trophies, medals, ribbons and certificates.
The 2026 Queens Agricultural Fair will celebrate the role farming plays when it comes to keeping food on everyone’s table on October 3rd and 4th. The Farm is located at 73-50 Little Neck Parkway in Floral Park.
