According to a recent announcement by the popular chain, Shake Shack will soon open a Forest Hills location.
The expanding burger chain will open its new location in the spot where teen clothing retailer Strawberry was formerly located at 71-26 Austin St. After being at its location for about 20 years, Strawberry closed earlier in 2015 when its lease expired. In September, a spokesperson for the property’s owner announced that Strawberry’s space would be occupied by a “major retailer”.
In June, Shake Shack made the announcement that Queens Center Mall would also be a location for one of its restaurants, which would be less than a couple of miles from the Austin Street location. Currently, Queens is home to two of the burger chain’s other locations. Those restaurants are at JFK Airport and Citi Field.
Forest Hills is already home to several other non-fast-food burger chains, including Bareburger, Cheeburger Cheeburger, and Twist and Smash’d. The new Shake Shack will almost certainly wish to engage a printing company to advertise its grand opening beforehand, as well as its presence after the opening. The design for the new eatery’s personalized Stationery has likely already been established by the parent company.
Shake Shack originated as a Madison Square Park hot dog cart in 2001. Three years, later the Shake Shack won the right to open a permanent kiosk at the park.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
