The Forest Hills Library will be holding a winter classical concert this December that will be performed by three talented musicians.
Those who appreciate music can attend a holiday concert performed by pianist and harpist Olivia Lu. She will be playing duet and trio pieces alongside Patricia Jones, a fellow pianist, and Shu-Yu Amy Hsiung, who plays the flute. The three have collaborated in the past to perform at several notable venues like Carnegie Hall. The theme of the upcoming concert will be peace, joy, and love.
Olivia Lu also works as a professional instructor and concert director, teaching students of varying ages and skills on how to play the harp and piano since 1994. She also teaches advanced music theory. Lu can be hired to perform at personal or corporate events, and can even arrange for another musician to accompany her if an ensemble is requested. Those who work at events like this can create Business Cards to advertise their services to potential clients.
The winter classical concert will be held on December 14 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. No registration is required in advance, and there is no fee to watch the musical performance. All ages are welcome to view the concert. Anybody who would like to learn how to play the harp or piano from Lu can find out additional details on her website.
