A newly renovated facility, The Austin Space, has opened in Forest Hills, which provides space for those in need of an area to work without having to maintain an expensive office they may not utilize daily.
The Austin Space consists of 2,000 square feet and is equipped with everything one would need to perform daily tasks in an office environment. The center has high-speed internet and a printer, along with access to a meeting room, a lounge area, and a kitchen with a microwave.
The space is designed to suit startup companies and small businesses who are still working on building their business to support a permanent location. These businesses may be working with Print companies to provide marketing services to help sustain them in the interim.
There are various levels of membership available starting with a Basic membership, which allows you to use the space once a month to try it out, you can add days for an additional fee. Lite Membership entitles usage for up to 12 days a month and the Full Time Membership allows unlimited monthly usage. Those wanting a dedicated workspace can upgrade to the Dedicated Desk membership, which also provides lockable storage.
The Austin Space is located at 108-14 72nd Avenue. It is conveniently located near the E, F, M, and R trains and the Long Island Railroad, and is just 15 minutes from Manhattan via subway. Those wishing to use the space may request a tour.
