The Grille by Jacob & Anthony’s is set to open this spring in Clifton Park as an expansion of offerings by Marrello Restaurants and Catering.
Restaurant owners who open new locations such as this often use local Print shops for their printed materials such as food and beverage Menus.
The first Marrello family-owned eatery was an Italian counter that opened in Albany in 1959. Since then, a variety of other dining locations have been added.
The new Clifton Park eatery will open after building renovations and an expansion is complete in the former Ninety-Nine restaurant location.
Fresh seafood, aged steaks, signature burgers and fresh salads are among the items to be featured at The Grille. In keeping with tradition, family recipes will continue to be incorporated into the menu, including items such as soups made from scratch.
Quick meals such as pasta and wraps will be offered at an included Bellini’s Counter, fashioned after similar casual options introduced in 2014 at other Marrello locations. Following the ambiance of Jacob & Anthony’s in Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park patrons can expect a relaxed, but upscale, atmosphere in the new restaurant.
