Close to 200 farmers’ market and garden vendors will be part of the 37th annual Capital Region Flower and Garden Expo near Clifton Park.
Businesses who showcase their products at events such as this often require printing services for their promotional materials.
The weekend event will include floral-related exhibits, full-size landscape and garden displays, and multiple educational seminars and demonstrations on horticulture.
Some of this year’s highlights include an ecological landscape exhibit featuring native and bee-friendly gardens, displays of outdoor living space ideas such as kitchens and fountains, as and sales of plants including seeds, succulents, and bulbs.
In addition, visitors can enjoy an indoor farmers’ market and refreshments from more than 18 state distilleries and wineries offering samples of their products.
Expo tickets are available in advance or at the door with a portion of the proceeds going to Wildwood, an organization that supports those who live with autism and other developmental challenges. Founded more than 50 years ago, Wildwood annually assists over 3,500 families and individuals in leading productive lives.
The Capital Region Flower and Garden Expo will be held March 27 to 29 at the McDonough Sports Complex at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, just south of Clifton Park. The show will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
