Farm Fest returns to Clifton Park with a full weekend of activities for all ages.
Held at multiple farm locations, families will be able to enjoy self-guided farm tours, visits with animals, and other events.
Presented by the Town of Clifton Park, the welcome to autumn celebrations are a part of the town’s dedication to supporting agricultural resilience and the security of arable land. Earlier this year, the town adopted an Agricultural and Farmland protection plan as a roadmap for the future.
The festival will include live music, a story time, a harvest makers marketplace, apple picking, hayrides, a corn maze, pumpkin carving, a pancake breakfast, and other food and beverage stations.
Participating farms and other venues will include Harvest Hill Farms, Riverview Orchards, Shepherd's Hey Farm, Bowman Orchards, Historic Grooms Tavern, and the fire department and general store in the hamlet of Vischer Ferry. The historic Amity Reformed Church will also be involved in hosting sanctuary tours, a quilt display, and a flea market.
Entrepreneurs and organizations that get involved in community festivals such as this often use banner printing to attract visitors to their family activities and products.
