The ‘Breaking the Silence Rally’ is about to reach its 18th annual event, and students from around the world will be participating on a voluntary basis and commit to remaining silent throughout the entire day. This is to show their support for all the people in the world who must remain silent due to abuse, harassment, and discrimination.
The event planners might have used poster printing and flyer printing to spread the word to students in this community and throughout the area about this annual show of support.
On the day, there will be an annual rally held to give the LGBT representative and their supporters the chance to come together as a unit and break their vow of silence as an entire group. After this, an open mic event will be staged that encourages these students to come on stage and share experiences.
The event is expected to be attended by hundreds of students and their families, friends, and relatives in a gathering to participate in breaking the silence. There will also be musical performances, keynote speakers, and dancing.
Admission to this event is free and the public is welcome to join the students. The gathering will be happening tomorrow, April 11, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm at The Egg, Empire State Plaza located on State Street in Albany, New York, just a short hop from Clifton Park.
