A real estate salesperson class will take place in Clifton Park this June. Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, an education company for the sector, will present the class.
Manfred Real Estate Learning Center considers itself the leader in NY Real Estate education for such professionals as salespersons, home inspectors, and more. Its instructors have experience in being brokers, attorneys, and appraisers. Along with teaching professionals in New York State, it has also taught professionals in over 62 countries, using in-person, webinar, and self-paced online setting.
This class will take place in a physical classroom, and will include a 75-hour licensing course taught by expert instructors, along with a final exam. Students will also have access to 60 hours of video lectures to use if they wish. Once they pass the school exam, they can attempt the state exam and, if they pass, apply for their license. If students do not pass the exam the first time, they still have a year in which they can make further attempts.
The class will take place from June 6 to 17 at 42 Clifton Park Rd during the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day. The course will cost $625, the textbook $75, and the registration fee $25.
