A locally-based charter of an international non-profit organization will host an awards ceremony and dinner this November.
The event is the 13th Annual Awards Dinner courtesy of the To Love A Child, Inc. The group offers humanitarian and relief efforts to families living in countries such as Haiti and Zimbabwe, as well as here in the US. It assists those in need by providing solutions for housing, food, and basic necessities.
The event will honor others who have contributed greatly to the effort, either through service or donations. It is a themed event, and will also serve as a fundraiser for to support the cause. Guests may participate by donating a gift card or gift, or can become an event sponsor by purchasing an ad. Games will include raffles and giveaways. The cost for tickets will vary. Those who are honorary committee members will pay $150, while the Super Honorary Committee will pay $175. It is $75 for children ages 13-18, while children 12 and under pay $25. Those who wish to attend must RSVP by October 24.
