There will be a Dream Journaling for Self-awareness and Guidance class taking place in Clifton Park in the new year, taught by Janine De Tillio Cammarata.
At this event, Cammarata will guide individuals through a meditative drumming process, during which individuals will learn to access their dreams and intuition, as well as find synchronicities, meaning, and guidance for their dreams. The powerful and simple method of dream being shared during the session is known as The Lightning Dreamwork Technique, and was designed by Robert Moss. Those attending should note that no prior experience or knowledge of the technique is necessary to be a part of the class.
Boasting more than 40 years of personal journaling experience, Cammarata teaches memoir, journaling, and creative writing across various age groups. She is a certified Master of Reiki who practices at Vibe Beauty Collective and holds a degree in English Literature. She has authored seven Books that cater to middle-grade, young adult, and non-fiction readers. An avid Manchester United F.C. fan, she enjoys yoga, walking, and motorcycle rides with her family.
