Hannoush Jewelers, which was established back in 1984, is still a family business. With its owners, brothers Albert and David Hannoush, seeing sales for this year increase by over 30%, they have decided that now is the perfect time to reposition the business.
To do this, the two men have elected to build a new 4,000 sq. ft store and develop a new commercial area. As well as the jewelers, the 125-acre site will have retail space for another four businesses.
The development at 1750 Route 9 is in an area that has seen a lot of growth itself over the last few years, and it is expected that Hannoush Square will open by the end of the year, with the jewelry store opening in 2015. Print companies in Clifton Park will no doubt be on hand to help with its launch.
Another site, this time in Latham, has also been bought by the brothers with a new mixed-use development set to be constructed. David Hannoush explained:
"We're trying to diversify with real estate."
Quick to say that the jewelry store will remain central to the business, he said that real estate is just one of a number of options being explored.Get a Free Quote for Print
