Clifton Park event shows respect to local healthcare officers

The National Night Out is back, taking place in Clifton Park at The Hoops on Commons Blvd.

The vibrant town of Clifton Park is proud to announce the fourteenth annual National Night Out, a family-centric event with fun activities for both parents and their kids. As with past editions, this years’ experience will also focus on adding value to the community.

Parents and children can come together to celebrate the local healthcare workers at the Card Care Station. They will have access to blank cards that participants can write love messages for the hardworking clinical professionals. Moreover, there will be a chance to express kindness by picking up "Kindness Rocks" at strategic points in popular hiking sites across the town.

The National Night Out welcomes kids of all ages. Sponsored by Clifton Commons, the festival will be free for all. The children will have the chance to learn various skills from specialty guest coaches from different sectors.

The festival also offers public safety education with professional displays and drills from the local police, fire department, preparedness drills, and safety information. When hunger kicks in, there will be several local food trucks to cater to that.

A National Night Out online flyer is available, and such events are often promoted through professional flyer printing as well. The scheduled date for this festival is October 3.
