Auto show in Clifton Park
An upcoming event in Clifton Park should make auto enthusiasts extremely happy.
The Clifton Park Center Mall will be the site of the “Cars & Coffee” get together. The meet-up is a community event, and there is no admission charge. The day is informal, and participants are allowed to come in and leave as they like, in the style of a cruise-in.
Vehicles of all kinds are welcome, including sports cars, Rat Rods (cars deliberately made to look unfinished and worn down), Street Rods, tuners, super cars, race cars, and muscle cars. People who love these vehicles will be able to visit with others who share their enthusiasm. Events like this are an excellent opportunity for attendees to exchange business cards.
In addition to the cars, music will be provided by DJ Andy Narzynski, who will be taking requests. Also, people who are members of a car club, or who are coming to the show as a group need to notify organizers. They will then be parked together. Refreshments will be available during the meet-up.
The mall itself is home to a food court and 72 stores including familiar chains like Bath & Body Works and GNC, as well as regional stores. There are also casual restaurants and a food court.
