A staple of the early punk music genre, The Ramones remain a popular band today, and fans will soon be treated to an opportunity to learn more about this piece of New York history.
The King Manor Association of Long Island has invited music fans to be part of an experience that will pay tribute to the legendary band. It will take place not far from Bellerose, and there are lots of activities on its agenda
The guests at the function will learn about Joey Ramone and the rest of the group's members in this pop-up celebration of his birthday. It was explained that he was a native of the local area, and during the session, the attendees will have the opportunity to discover what made his music special. They will even be able to try out some of the chords for themselves, and a make-and-take craft and other fun will round out the festivities.
