What's Happening in Bellerose, NY…

Bellerose families who would like to enjoy some special Halloween fun may want to include a visit to a local attrition in their October plans.

The staff and volunteers at Queens Botanical Garden will soon be putting the finishing touches on the Halloween at the Garden celebration, and there will be fun for every age. Entry is included with the site's admission fee, and parking will be $15.00 per vehicle.

The youngsters who attend the festivities will be able to show off their favorite costume, and there will be a Trick or Treat Trail where they can shell out candy and other goodies. A magi show and other performances will entertain the crowd, and those who are at 21 and up can head to the beer and wine grade where they can relax and mingle with friends over a tall cold one. Tickets may be purchased in advance, but walk ups may be accommodated so long as the facility’s capacity allows.
