Bellerose competition to bring on the BBQ

The Bellerose area loves its BBQ, and locals with an eye on spring will be treated to their fill when they attend a local cookery contest.

The organizers of Brisket King NYC 2025 are on the hunt for the city’s top BBQ chefs, and they will be throwing down in a friendly competition. Taking place at Pig Beach BBQ, at least 20 competitors will be showing off their skills.

Grillers will be coming in from across the state and even further afield, and the winner will walk away with the Brisket King Crown. Ticketholders can sample the fruits of their labor, and along with the brisket and other meats, there will be wine, craft beers, hard ciders, and spirits. The proceeds from the day will be donated to Friends of Firefighters, which provides mental health support to firefighters and their families, free of charge. Only those age 21 and up may enter the festival.

Festivals and other activities may be held as fundraisers for a particular charity of choice. A poster printing company can prepare display materials for an activity that show how the proceeds from an activity may make a difference.

The 2025 Brisket King NYC competition will bring out everyone’s inner carnivore on April 23, starting at 5:00 pm. The location can be found at 35-37 36th Street in Queens, and various ticket packages are on offer.
