The Town of Hempstead Chamber of Commerce (TOH) provides a range of support to the area's business community, and Bellerose companies are encouraged to take advantage of one of its newest initiatives.
The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for many small establishments, and the TOH wants to help. It has created an assortment of support for these companies, and one such initiative will make it easier for them to let the public know they are still open for business.
The initiative will see the organization give away free Signs to storefront businesses, and the hope is that this will make it easier for them to remain connected to their customer base. The owners can include the signs in their window displays or hang them in the front door. These sorts of items can be prepared by an area banner printing company.
As well as providing free signage, the TOH has noted that it is pleased to be able to connect local businesses with partners that can help them to build a website if they do not already have one. More details about this, as well as the organization’s other initiatives, can be found on its website.
Anyone who is interested in taking advantage of this program has been asked to contact the Chamber of Commerce directly. The initiative is part of its “Keep Locals Open” campaign.
