A performer with decades in the music business is on his final tour, which will go through Reno in mid-April.
Peter Frampton launched a solo career in the 1970s after a start in the groups Herd and Humble Pie. His skills have provided him with opportunities to work alongside fellow big name performers such as Ringo Starr, Dolly Parton, George Harrison, and David Bowie. His guitar playing and songwriting are also huge pieces of what draws people to his work.
In 2019, Frampton announced that he has inclusion body myositis, which is a degenerative muscle disease, yet he is still playing music at the age of 73 and hopes to do so for as long as he is able.
Frampton’s catalog is vast. His hits include “Baby, I Love Your Way,” “Show Me The Way,” and “Do You Feel Like We Do”
The Never EVER Say Never Tour will be holding the upcoming concert at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. Along with a few VIP passes at $277.06, resale and platinum tickets go for anywhere from $108 to $1,013 on the Ticketmaster listing. A link to this is available through the venue’s page, as well as Frampton’s. Concerts often see the performers selling a selection of merchandise with a graphic design inspired either by their tour or a past piece of their work.
The Thursday, April 11 show is booked for a start at 8:00 pm.
