Reno to showcase global performance styles

An event is taking place in Reno in the first week of May to celebrate cultural entertainment.

Rhythm of the Night is a show from The Reno Dance Company. The production features styles of dance and genres of music from countries around the world. These include cultures like Arabian and Latin, as well as locations such as Asia, France, and the United States.

Performers will take part in dance numbers which showcase the modern era of popular music in each location, as well as throwing in some historical classic style routines. The event is a showcase of local dancers, while also highlighting the variety that there is in both dance and music.

Tickets range in cost from $40.37 to $55.90. Purchases can be completed through the website for the show’s venue. This space will be the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts.

The venue has been around since 1968, becoming incorporated into a non-profit organization known as Pioneer Center in 1988. Due to its long history, the performance venue has become a community staple.

The Reno performance will be taking place on May 5th. Many dance shows and other events related to the arts will use flyer printing as a promotion technique, as it allows for a visual element while also being easy to distribute. The show will be running between 7:00pm and 10:00pm.
