Albuquerque to host annual arborist conference virtually
The 2020 International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Annual International Conference is scheduled to return to Albuquerque next month as an online event.
Since it was established in 1924, ISA has since served as a way for arborists to connect with fellow professionals and learn about the latest science related to the industry. The organization also works with other environmental institutions to educate the public and spread awareness about the many benefits of keeping and caring for trees in urban areas.
The 2020 virtual conference and trade show will center on the changes and advances of arboriculture for the current year, as well as expectations for 2021. Participants will receive the opportunity to listen to industry professionals speak on various topics that include changes to equipment, the latest research regarding urban arboriculture, and advanced techniques. Those who attend this virtual event will also receive the chance to network with fellow arborists and ask the speakers questions related to their respective topics.
All Albuquerque locals who register for this event will retain access to the conference materials for a month following the conclusion of the event. Individuals who attend online events often use printing service to create physical copies for the purpose of convenient, offline viewing of conference materials.
This arboriculture event is set to occur from Monday, December 7 to Friday, December 11.
