A virtual event for people in Albuquerque will share techniques to help them let go of anxiety and stress.
Catharine Harman believes that every person can be happier than they have ever been. In order to achieve this, people must be taught to enjoy the present moment and not dwell on their thoughts.

The lessons she will teach are all based on the challenges she has had to overcome. She used to deal with anxiety and insecurity as a consequence of an eating disorder, and admits that she found it hard to control her emotions. However, she came across a life-changing set of practices and ideas that help her maintain a constant state of happiness and bliss. The secret that changed her life around was learning how to care for herself, and now she would like to share this information with others.
