The one-day Event Planning Training course is scheduled to take place in Albuquerque next month.
Mangates designed this all-day event planning class to teach participants how to organize and host various types of events professionally and efficiently. Business conferences, holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and charity events are several of the occasions that the course will address. Students will learn how to cooperate effectively with vendors, as well as employees and contractors such as technicians, wait staff, and security.
After going through 11 modules, Albuquerque participants will learn more about different types of events, how to plan them, arranging entertainment and key event features, working with staff and vendors, organizing administrative work, and sticking to a finalized plan. The organizers of similar training events often invest in services at local Print shops to produce physical course references for each student, as well as Business Cards to hand out.
The Super Early Bird fee for this event is priced at $545 per individual and will expire on Tuesday, January 19. The next earliest fee is $595 per person and will end on Friday, January 29. From the weekend to the day of the event, the regular sign-up fee will cost $795 per participant.
The Event Planning Training course is set to proceed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, February 8 at Regus New Mexico in Suite 1200.
