Albuquerque to host 2D drawing class

An AutoCAD Essentials Class will be hosted by Certstaffix Training in Albuquerque this September.

The course teaches students the preliminaries of how to understand and use the AutoCAD software, which allows users to create and modify 2D drawings. Participants must already be familiar with drafting and design terminology and processes.

This three-day Albuquerque event will begin with instructions on the AutoCAD software and the tools it offers. The rest of the course will focus on building knowledge through thorough instructions on all essential aspects of 2D drawing, including how to begin a drawing and perform basic editing, how to use layers, as well as instructions on how to add dimensions, text, and hatching. Course organizers and participants alike often use printing services to create physical class materials as helpful studying aids.

Those who wish to take part in the course can register online for a fee of $1,730 per individual. If studying from home, participants must use an up-to-date version of AutoCAD software from at least 2016 on a Microsoft Windows PC. Apple Mac devices are not supported.

The AutoCAD Essentials course is scheduled to take place on Monday, September 14; Tuesday, September 15; and Wednesday, September 16 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. Participants can attend the class remotely from home or at a local computer lab.
