The Wayne Township Special Needs Commission is hosting its 2nd Annual Disability Expo this March.
The event will feature more than 75 vendors offering a variety of services designed to help people with disabilities. These will include providers who work with all ages and disability diagnoses. Businesses and nonprofits often use local brochure printing services to share information about their programs and services at this type of community event. The organizers hope to give individuals with disabilities and their families a convenient opportunity to speak with multiple service providers in one place, whether they are looking for new providers or want to consider new paths to improve their quality of life.
The expo is free to attend, and attendees do not need to be members of the Community Center, though they are welcome to join. Membership is $39 per month for adults living in Wayne and comes with access to an indoor pool, squash courts, and a fitness center.
The Wayne Township Special Needs Commission is a township agency that works to make Wayne a more inclusive community for those with special needs by organizing local resources, running social and educational programs, and undertaking advocacy work.
The expo will take place on Saturday, March 14 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the gymnasium at Wayne Township Community Center.
