An afternoon of sustainability education and entertainment will be hosted by Princeton. Attendees from Somerville and other surrounding communities are expected to be in attendance at the upcoming GreenFest.
Over 30 businesses specializing in sustainable products and services will participate in the 2nd Annual GreenFest event. Information will be presented on how to contribute through sustainable practices to the protection of our environment.
Some of the features and attractions include test driving an electric bike or vehicle, engaging in art classes, and learning about a climate action plan. A fashion show is on the agenda of activities. Low-waste restaurants will be on site offering a range of local favorites.
Sustainable Princeton is the organizer of GreenFest and serves the mission to inspire individuals and communities to utilize choices and solutions that can impact the environment in a positive manner. Some of the organization’s goals include reducing greenhouse gas emissions and providing resources to protect the ecosystem.
Vendors and exhibitors often distribute Business Cards at events. The cards contain contact information for future reference. Business card printing can be handled by local printing services.
The 2020 GreenFest will take place Saturday, September 26 and will be held at Princeton Shopping Center located at 301 North Harrison Street. The event will begin at 12:00 pm and run through 3:00 pm.
Pre-registration may be done online. While admission is free, by registering in advance the event organizers can plan efficiently for attendance.
