A candlelight concert is getting ready for a tour that will bring it to Somerville this autumn, giving Lord of the Rings fans in town a unique listening experience.
Candlelight: The Lord of the Rings is coming to Somerville this November to celebrate the 25-year anniversary of the film trilogy based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s beloved fantasy book series. The show will feature a talented string quartet playing some of the most iconic songs from all three of the films.
The concert venue will be a family-friendly setting, with the performance suitable for children aged eight and older, though all guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Organic impressions from poster printing are a cost-effective way to promote events like this, with Posters connecting with more people when placed in busy areas like cafes.
Seating is provided first come, first served, and there is no strict dress code. Fans of the trilogy are welcome to dress as their favorite characters. The host venue is ADA-compliant and accessible.
The show will be held at 100 West Main Street in Somerville on Saturday, November 7 with the doors opening at 6:00 pm and the show starting at 7:00 pm. Late entry will not be permitted, so attendees need to arrive on time. Tickets can be purchased online for $36 per person.
