Life Line Screening will be offering discounts on vital screenings in July at the American Legion Post 12 in Somerville.
Those interested in screening themselves for chronic health conditions can attend an event offered by Life Line Screening. The program allows attendees to receive a package of four different screenings for a reduced rate. The non-invasive tests will include a carotid artery ultrasound, abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound, heart rhythm screening, and peripheral arterial disease screening. The tests offered at the event will not cause attendees any pain.
Life Line Screening is an organization that wishes to help people recognize their potential health problems by offering affordable and convenient tests. The group was established in 1993 and has since screened more than ten million individuals. The organization later launched home test kits in 2018. Many services are offered by Life Line Screening, such as kidney disease screenings, thyroid hormone tests, and testosterone screenings. The organization has over 14,000 locations in the United States where people can receive their tests.
The screening event will be held on Monday, July 3 at 9:00 am. The cost of the program is $149 per person. People interested in attending the event will need to register in advance. Medical organizations that offer community activities similar to this may use flyer printing to let their target demographics know about the events.
