The Somerville Summer Stage 2021 series is coming to a close soon.
The concerts are family-friendly and take place at Division Street Pedestrian Mall each Saturday, starting at 6:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm.
The Summer Stage summer concerts are hosted by Downtown Somerville Alliance. Several thousand people have attended the concerts over the years.
This Saturday, September 25, Terrance Haupt, a new performer to the series, will feature “Ready Set Go.” The final session of the summer concert program will take place on October 2 and will feature Mike Holland performing an Elvis Presley tribute.
Banner printing is often ordered for outdoor concerts for signage to highlight the entertainers, concessions, parking and other relevant information. Banners can be hung between poles or mounted on buildings or walls.
Food and drinks can be purchased by restaurants nearby along Division Street and Main Street, and then brought to the concerts.
Seating is outdoors and not formally assigned. Participants are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets and practice social distancing by sitting at least six feet apart. Masks are also required in observance of the outdoor mask mandate. The organizers will be on hand to ensure everyone practices safety protocols while they have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor concerts again. Admission is free.
