Somerville street to hold women's night

Division Street in Somerville will organize a night for women in September to raise funds for the Zufall Health Center.

The 2nd Annual Women's Self Care Night is a collaborative event where multiple stores offer attendees free experiences and discounts. Paramount Pampering will offer hand massages at no cost to guests, and the Opal Alchemist will give free chair reiki during the event. Participants will also receive product samples from the Third Child Wellness Boutique and raffle tickets for a grand prize basket. Attendees can join a yoga session held by Carol's Creative Chocolates.

The Zufall Health Center is an organization that wishes to provide affordable services to those who experience barriers to care. The medical group was founded in 1990 by Robert and Kathryn Zufall, and the first center was created in Dover. A few of the services offered by the organization include cancer screenings and HIV testing. The group also created community programs like Arts in Health and Maternal Recovery Support Services.

The women's self-care experience will be held on Friday, September 9 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Ticket prices for the evening will cost $15 per attendee. People interested in offering additional support to the Zufall Health Center can donate online or purchase items from the Good As New Retail Shop. Businesses that join community activities like this may use banner printing to attract more attention from eventgoers.
