Somerville lounge to host comedy performance

The Verve Restaurant in Somerville will invite a professional stand-up comedian to perform in February.

Fans of comedic programs can attend a performance offered by Aaron Berg at the Verve Restaurant. Berg is an experienced comedian who has been featured on several shows, including Comedy Central’s Roast Battle and the Amazon Prime documentary 25 Sets. He has also hosted programs such as In Hot Water and Frantic Mondays. Berg has even written two Books titled Mr. Manners and American Etiquette.

The Verve Restaurant is a landmark in downtown Somerville that is a continuation of the Court House Café. The dining establishment is the current holder of the Best Bar in New Jersey title and is operated by Rick St. Pierre. The building has multiple themed rooms, including the Landmark Bar, The Red Room, and the 1933 Room. People can book the venue for parties and corporate events. The facility can also be used for private buffets and cocktail parties.

Those who attend Berg’s show must order at least two items from the venue. The comedy show will be held on Thursday, February 16 at 8:00 pm. Doors to Berg’s performance will open at 7:00 pm.
