The Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset is sponsoring a virtual presentation to teach Somerville locals about germs.
Germs: Are They Bugging You? is a webinar where people can improve their understanding of different Forms of sickness and the germs that cause them. During the presentation, viewers will learn about the different types of infectious diseases. The broadcast will also show people how to differentiate between the flu, pneumonia, and COVID-19. Attendees can discover the latest treatment options for these conditions and learn about helpful prevention strategies.
The presenter for the webinar is Ronald G. Nahass, the president of ID Care and a former member of the National Guideline Panel. He has received several awards throughout his career, such as the Physician Recognition Award for Continuing Medical Education. Nahass has even been featured in multiple publications, including New York magazine and New Jersey Monthly magazine. He is also part of the American Medical Association and the New Jersey Infectious Diseases Society of America.
The webinar on germs will be held on Wednesday, December 14 from noon to 1:00 pm. No price is needed to register for Nahass’ presentation, and people can register for the lecture in advance. The medical webinar will be held via Zoom call. Hospitals that promote special presentations such as this may use poster printing to advertise their programs to consumers.
