The city of Gastonia has broken ground on two affordable housing units in its historic Highland neighborhood.
The developer of the project is the Belmont Community Development Corporation (CDC) and is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) that develops affordable homes for those who qualify to buy them. This project will be carried out in partnership with the city of Gastonia and its department of Community Engagement and Housing.
