An event showcasing Pokémon and sports trading cards is coming to the Sampson County Exposition Center this spring.
With more than 200 tables of various trading card types, this free and all-ages event also has prizes and food trucks, and encourages participants to wear cosplay.
As one of the largest card shows of its kind in the state, vendors will be stacked wall-to-wall with everything from Pokémon Trading Card Game to baseball cards, sports memorabilia, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, collectible anime cards, Magic: The Gathering, and more.
The cards, both vintage and modern, come in everything from slabs to graded individual cards to bulk products and binders.
Other merchandise is available for purchase, including Funk Pops, other Pokémon memorabilia, accessories, and collectibles, with some door prizes, giveaways, and gift Bags as part of the festivities. The event should appeal to both traders and sellers of cards and collectables.
East Coast Card Shows, the event organizer, hosts similar events all year long in North Carolina and Virginia regions, with a Richmond event having recently concluded in late March. Collectible events like this may choose to use Stationery printing to create category labels for trading card organizers.
East Coast Card Shows Clinton is happening on April 11 to 12 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day at the Sampson County Exposition Center at 414 Warsaw Rd in Clinton.
